I take your fitness goals seriously. Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you stay the course, overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We as humans were not meant to be stationary, we were built to move! I'd like to help you live a life of health and longevity and bring out your inner athlete through one-on-one personal training, or small group training.
As a NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, I am capable of analyzing your body to create a workout style that will help you reach your goals. Along with my certification, I was also a former collegiate basketball player and track athlete at Concordia University- Austin where I graduated.
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often hard to stay consistent. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are. I strongly believe that if you are mindful and practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle and in turn gain more confidence.
